My Approach
Personality and behavior are complex and ever-changing aspects of human life. People often struggle to understand themselves and others, leading to conflicts and misunderstandings. With the advancement of psychology and therapy, various systems have been developed to help individuals gain a better understanding of their personality and how it affects their behavior. I approach my sessions provided Arno Profiling System used for temperament therapy which vastly differs from these other assessments and practices.
As a faith-based practice, it teaches that each individual possesses an inborn temperament that is God-given and remains constant throughout our lives, separate from our everchanging personality. This approach to counseling emphasizes the importance of understanding and utilizing one’s unique temperament strengths to overcome weaknesses. By learning to operate from a place of innate temperament, individuals can experience personal growth and fulfillment in their life.
